Hello! I'm Shini (Aim: Shinigamikitsune, Plurk: RShini), and bringing in Ky Kiske from Guilty Gear and he will be a Knight of the Cross. He's a generally too-serious commander-turned-police officer, though he generally means well. Also, Ky is not used to high technology so things will baffle him.
